* WHAT…Visibility one quarter to one half mile in dense fog.

* WHERE…Much of upstate South Carolina, northeast Georgia and

the piedmont and foothills of North Carolina.

* WHEN…Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS…Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
